Tuition Free Education
Region employees can complete employee and bachelor’s degrees and college prep courses free of charge:
Employees can take courses at more than 15 schools, colleges and universities and choose from over 70 majors in high-growth areas such as business administration, entrepreneurship, corporate governance, data analysis, software development and more.
Academic institutions include two HBCUs – North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and Paul Quinn College – as well as Louisiana State University, Ohio University, Purdue University Global, Southern New Hampshire University, University of Maryland Global Campus, the University of Massachusetts Global and more.
Additionally, the benefit will be extended to short-form certificates in economics, software development, and data analysis early next year.
Educational Materials and Fees
The regions reimburse employees for the necessary expenses for training, e.g. B. required textbooks and course fees, for programs in the Guild Learning Market.
Coaching and Learning Resources
As part of the program, Guild’s trained education and career coaches are available to employees via phone or chat to help them choose a program, complete an application, and succeed in school.
